The next “What To Do In Your Garden Today” class will focus on the idea that the most important things to do in your garden now are harvest, prepare your harvest, and taste. On Saturday, September 2, 10:00 A.M. at the Morgan Hill Community Garden we will sample the recipes that all participants bring. Each attendee is asked to bring a dish for everyone to sample. At least one main ingredient is to be fresh from your garden. Also bring whatever serving utensils and small plates or bowls are needed for you to serve your dish. This is not brunch or lunch, just samples. I am already hearing about salsa, cantaloupes, potatoes and more. Surprise us!
As always, this class/event is free (just bring a dish for everyone to sample) and will be held rain or shine, hot or cold.
I look forward to seeing many of you on September 2 at 10:00 A.M. and tasting the fruits and vegetables of your labor!
