Dear Gardeners,
We will be continuing our pathway work this Saturday, 9/23, from 10am-2 pm.
The ADA area is in need of compacting for better wheelchair use. We will be adding some liquid and compacting the soil in that area. Also, wood chips can be spread between plots and sand can be spread in the pathways.
If you have work hours to complete this month in order to be eligible to register for 2024 gardening, you can come and get ideas for how that can be completed if the above work is not good for you. The work day coordinator will be there and available to talk to.
Thanks to all who completed all six hours already, but the garden can always use even more help, of course! You are welcome to come and be with other gardeners. The garden is looking better this year than many years in the past.
