The next monthly, “What To Do Now In Your Garden” class will be held Saturday, July 1, 10:00 A.M. at the Morgan Hill Community Garden. The class will include, but will not be limited to the following topics:
*Starting seeds to transplant into your garden in September.
*Planting warm season cover crop seeds for your soil. Cover crop seeds will be given to participants.
*Succession planting – Broccoli, potatoes, beets, sunflowers, etc.
*Harvesting – Potatoes, onions, broccoli, cool and warm season cover crop, etc.
*How are the cantaloupes, sunflowers, beans, etc. doing in the demonstration plots?
*Successes and challenges as we begin summer.
*Meet fellow MHCG members and other gardeners.
Everyone is welcome and class will be held rain or shine, hot or cold.
